Wake Up That Water
Do you know that your heart rate increases eight beats per minute for every liter of sweat lost during exercise? And hydration is a concern for more than just hardcore athletes—water loss can occur in as little as 30 minutes of exercise. Drink at least 4 ounces of water every 15 minutes when active. If plain water loses its appeal, add a slice of citrus fruit or an herbal tea bag to a chilled bottle of water.
