Go Fishing at Lunch

Watching your weight? A recent study found that healthy young men who ate fish instead of beef for lunch consumed 11% fewer calories at dinner—even though both lunch dishes had equal calories. The American Heart Association recommends eating fish at least two times per week—preferably fish rich in omega-3s such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring, and trout.
