tablespoon fresh lemon juice

cup light mayonnaise or salad dressing

  • 1 In large bowl, combine apples, pears, dates and lemon juice; mix well. Add bananas; stir gently to mix.
  • 2 In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; blend well. Add to salad; stir gently to coat. If desired, serve in lettuce-lined bowl.
