Good but Less Cheerios
My son and I really enjoyed this smoothie. We only added about 1/4 cup of Cheerios and used wheat germ instead of flax seed, we also threw some blueberries in. this is an excellent source of calcium and a great way to ensure were getting our daily fruits in. We made these with pancakes and it was delicious. Yum:)

good but not great
well i tried this and liked it but was not wonderful it tasted a little overepowerd by the cheerios but is very healthy so over it is ok.

Less Cheerios
I would not drink this to enjoy it, I would drink it because its healthy for me. The cheerio flavor definitley overpowers everything else in this smoothie. I would use wheat germ instead of flaxseed and no cheerios at all.

Can't believe it had a 4 Star Rating!!
Whoever thought of putting cheerios in a smoothie is out of their mind!! It was disgusting and when I took the first drink I had to spit it out immediately to keep from vomiting! The smell and taste of the cheerios just overpowered every other good ingredient in it! I would not recommend this recipe to anyone!

it was pretty good
with few minor substitutions, omit the flax seed, sub soy yogurt and milk for regular dairy, and raspberries for strawberries, this was a great snack for me.
my 1.5yr old had this for dinner and got really well filled up.
found this looking for a good way to use brown bananas and loved it! thanks!
