Barbecued Pork Sandwiches with Slaw

Barbecued Pork Sandwiches with Slaw
Recipe Tip
Call on Cabbage
Cabbage contains fiber plus a high percentage of water. That means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Try using shredded cabbage in place of lettuce in sandwiches and salads.
Variation
Grate an apple and stir into the coleslaw mix.

This recipe was ok. I expected a "wow" reaction to the slaw mixture, but just didn't feel that the two meshed well together.
