Expert Tips

Folic acid, a B vitamin found in orange juice is important for fetal development. It helps to prevent neural tube defects of the spinal cord.

Allspice is also known as Jamaica pepper. These dried berries got their name because they taste like a combination of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. You can put them in a tea ball or tie them up in a piece of cheesecloth for easy removal.

I made this last week for me and my wife (who had a cold). It was great. The taste is spicy and sweet and it made her feel really good. We both loved it.
