Two-Mustard Chicken

Dijon mustard, coarse-grained mustard and honey partner with chicken for a flavor that's a little bit sweet and a little bit feisty. From eatbetteramerica.

Great! Cooked perfectly. Served with steamed broccoli, zuccini, and yellow squash. Great combo.

I am so very glad that I decided to try this dish.I bought Honey Dijon instead of regular and I used it plus the honey and I was fantastic. This one is a keeper. Are you supposed to cover this while in the oven? The recipe didnt mention that.
