Dressing
1/3
cup chopped fresh chives
1/3
cup fat-free mayonnaise
1/3
cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/4
teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper
Salad

bag (10 oz) chopped romaine lettuce (about 9 cups)
1 1/2
cups cubed cooked turkey breast (about 1/2 lb)

medium tomatoes, cut into thin wedges

slices turkey bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1 In small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients. Set aside.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix lettuce and turkey. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Arrange salad on serving platter. Arrange tomatoes and bacon over top.

I liked this dish. I have never tried turkey bacon before and will never eat that again. Turkey bacon should have never been invented.

This was absolutely delicious. The turkey bacon tastes exactly like regular bacon and I suggest to add some light mozzarella cheese on top. You can even make the dressing without chives and it is still delicious.

I tried this recipe and loved it even with a few altercations I made. I substituted the bacon for low fat croutons and dint add the tomatoes. Still very tasty!
