large mango or papaya, peeled, pitted or seeded, and cut into 12 pieces

  • 1 Wrap strips of prosciutto around mango pieces and strawberries. Secure with toothpicks.

Fresh, already-sliced mango can be purchased in jars in most produce sections.

Strawberries can become mushy once they have been in water, so wash them just before you are going to use them.
