Added canned artichoke hearts, an onion, mushrooms, a can a V8, garlic and dried oregeno. It was really good!

This is a great recipe, however, to give it some more flavor I added the following to the mixture before baking: Parmesan cheese Oregano A little extra Basil Italian spice/herb mixture (all of these to taste/preference) I have also tried it with chicken sausage (Italian style) which is also very good! We love this recipe and I make it often, so easy and delish!
