Tossed Salad with Apple Cider Dressing

Tossed Salad with Apple Cider Dressing
Recipe Tip
Slimming Salads
Eat foods like lettuce, spinach and zucchini which contain a high percentage of water. More water means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Good news for your waistline.
Time Saver
Enlist your food processor or chopper to make quick work of this fresh-tasting salad.
Variation
Leftover apple juice concentrate is a handy ingredient to have around. Use a tablespoon or 2 to flavor yogurt, cottage cheese, pancake syrup or even milk!
