Spiced Mixed Greens with Fruit

| 1/2 | cup orange juice |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
| 1 | teaspoon ground cinnamon |
| 1 | medium jicama, cut into 1/4-inch slices |
| 6 | oranges, peeled, sliced |
| 6 | kiwifruit, peeled, sliced |
| 8 | cups torn mixed salad greens |
| 1/2 | cup sweetened dried cranberries |
| 1. | To make dressing, in small bowl, mix orange juice, honey and cinnamon until well blended. |
| 2. | Cut jicama into star shapes using small star-shaped cookie cutter. In large serving bowl, place jicama stars, oranges and kiwifruit. Add salad greens and dressing; toss to mix. Sprinkle with cranberries. |
