Go ahead and munch! This smart snack uses fat-free and low-fat ingredients to make snacking a pure pleasure. From eatbetteramerica.

Start to Finish:25 min
makes:32 servings (1/2 cup each)
1bag 94% fat-free microwave popcorn (any flavor), popped (12 cups)
3cups nacho cheese flavor crispy horn-shaped corn snacks
1cup fat-free pretzel sticks
1tablespoon no-trans-fat vegetable oil spread, melted
1/2teaspoon chili powder
1/4teaspoon ground cumin
1/4teaspoon garlic powder
2tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1.Heat oven to 300°F. Remove and discard unpopped kernels from popped popcorn.
2.In 2-gallon plastic food-storage bag, mix popcorn, corn snacks and pretzels.
3.In small bowl, stir melted spread, chili powder, cumin and garlic powder until blended. Pour over cereal mixture; seal bag and shake to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Seal bag; shake to coat.
4.Pour mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
5.Bake 10 minutes; cool. Store in airtight container.
