makes:6 servings
Dressing
1teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4cup orange juice
2tablespoons sugar
2tablespoons lemon juice
1tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2teaspoon ground mustard
1/4teaspoon salt
Salad
3oranges, peeled, sliced
1cup sliced fresh strawberries
6cups salad greens
1.In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients.
2.Serve oranges and strawberries on salad greens. Serve with dressing.
