Minted Honey-Lime Fruit

| 1 | teaspoon grated lime peel |
| 2 | tablespoons lime juice |
| 3 | tablespoons honey |
| 3 | tablespoons chopped fresh mint |
| 1/2 | small honeydew melon, cubed |
| 1/2 | cantaloupe, cubed |
| 1 | pint fresh strawberries, halved and hulled |
| 2 | cups fresh pineapple or mango cubes |
| 1. | In large bowl, stir together lime peel, juice, honey and mint. |
| 2. | Add honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries and pineapple. Toss to combine. |
