Marinated Shrimp w/ginger and lime
My husband and I enjoyed this recipe very much. I added sliced mango and slided avacado to the top of salad. It did not say to put dressing on the lettuce, but I used the left over marinade to pour on the greens. Delicious!

easy and delicious!
I loved this! I ate the shrimp as a snack and not in the salad.

Wonderful!
I made this salad last night for kids and grandkids along with spaghetti and this was a huge hit. So easy to make and the flavors were just wonderful. Hubby wanted more salad even when we had moved on to the next course. Will definately be making many times this summer.

Marinated Shrimp
This is an excellent recipe. Very quick and easy to prepare. The longer it marinates, the better it is.
