People went bananas for this!
I made this for a potluck at work and it was a hit! No one believed it was lowfat. I made the pudding the night before. Then the next day I mixed sliced bananas into the pudding and put layers of nilla wafers and pudding in a clear glass bowl with the wafers showing around the inside of the bowl. It looks good and tastes good!

Really Great
I made this pudding recently and it went down a treat. The only negative about this pudding is for each day you leave the pudding in the fridge the sponge becomes to mushy.

Banana Pudding
Like the recipe very much but makes a very large amount and the wafers get mushy after a while. Made it with 1 6-1/2 serving box, cut milk down to 2 cups & whipped topping down to 5 ozs. Still made a large amount but now I make pudding mixture and refrigerate, add bananas and wafers before serving. Works much better & lasts longer.

I decided to half this recipe since it was only for my husband and myself and we still had leftovers- but man, this is so good! Will be making this again :)

Tons of pudding!!
This banana pudding was good. But the recipe makes such a large amount. Good for a get together but definetley not to keep in the fridge for a nightly dessert!
