tablespoons lime juice

tablespoons honey

tablespoons chopped fresh mint

small honeydew melon, cubed

cantaloupe, cubed

pint fresh strawberries, halved and hulled

cups fresh pineapple or mango cubes

In large bowl, stir together lime peel, juice, honey and mint.

Add honeydew, cantaloupe, strawberries and pineapple. Toss to combine.
