Mandarin orange segments, crushed pineapple, lemon juice and hot chiles mingle to make a exceptionally easy homemade salsa. From eatbetteramerica.

Salsa
1can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained
1can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, drained
2tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1tablespoon chopped seeded jalapeño chile
1/4teaspoon salt
Chicken
1tablespoon olive, canola or soybean oil
4boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 1/4 lb)
1/4teaspoon salt
1/4teaspoon pepper
1/4teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1.Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix all salsa ingredients. Set aside.
2.Brush oil over all sides of chicken breasts. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt, the pepper and ground red pepper.
3.Place chicken on grill rack over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (170°F). Serve salsa with chicken.
