Absolutely Delicious!
I made this for Easter for my family and it was gone by the end of the afternoon! I forgot to add the butter and no one could tell, made it healthier anyway. The ginger was a big hit with everyone! I substituted 1/4 cup white flour for wheat flour as I like the taste better. Next time I will try 1/2 cup white, 1/2 cup wheat. I definitely recommend this one!
