This is a very tasty recipe. I used two 14.5 oz cans of low sodium chicken broth and substitued the rest with water to equal 5 cups of liquid. I also used diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano. I also added 3 minced garlic clothes. It was a little light on salt, so I added salt at the end to bring out the flavors. It's awesome the next day as the flavors develop overnight.

this stew was delicious.my family raved about it! I added 3 cloves of garlic and used a can of diced tomatoes in basil and garlic. Be careful of small chichen bones that might fall off into the stew.
