Simple Honey-Glazed Salmon and Rice

What could be simpler than this easy recipe? The ketchup and honey are surprisingly good with the salmon. This is a great way to eat more fish.

Salmon

sockeye or Atlantic salmon fillet (1 lb), cut into 4 pieces

tablespoon honey
1
tablespoon ketchup
Rice

cup uncooked instant brown rice
1 1/4
cups water
  • 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Place salmon on cookie sheet. In small bowl, mix honey and ketchup. Spread over fish.
  • 2 Bake 12 to 18 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • 3 Meanwhile, cook rice in water as directed on package. Serve fish with rice.
