Great recipe
The only thing I didn't like about this recipe is that it is a little pricy with th Eggplant and zukes. but it was worth it. You have a lot left over if you are a family of four so you can eat it for a couple of days, and you get a full serving of veggies in easily, it tastes so good you will want more! My husband has already asked for me to make it again!

GREAT!
This was the best. I am usually limited to eating certain veggies, but this a top shelf dish right here!
