Creamy Cucumbers

Creamy Cucumbers
Recipe Tip
Cool Cucumbers
Eat foods like cucumbers which contain a higher percentage of water. More water means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Good news for your waistline.
Special Touch
Dress up the look of the “cukes” by running the tines of a fork down the length of each cucumber before slicing.

good flavor
These creamy cucumbers have a really good flavor, but the yogurt makes them a bit runny for my taste. Maybe lowfat sour cream would be less runny?
