Get hip with lima beans, and make this easy, yet sophisticated, little side dish. From eatbetteramerica.

1tablespoon canola or soybean oil
1small red or green bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
2medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
2cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn
1cup frozen baby lima beans
1/4cup half-and-half
2teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/4teaspoon salt
1/8teaspoon pepper
1.In 8-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
2.Stir in remaining ingredients; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover; cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.
