cups Progresso® reduced-sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

package (3.2 oz) fresh shiitake mushrooms

small bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)

cup snap pea pods

teaspoon dried rosemary leaves

teaspoon soy sauce

package (8-oz size) dried Chinese noodles
  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, mix all ingredients except noodles. Heat to boiling over medium heat; boil 3 minutes.
  • 2 Add noodles. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Expert Tips

Mushrooms grow in the dirt and often contain selenium from the surrounding soil. Selenium helps in metabolism of vitamin E, an antioxidant.
