cup bite-size pieces romaine lettuce

tablespoons fat-free Caesar dressing

whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)

thin slices tomato

thin slices cucumber
  • 1 In medium bowl, mix salmon, lettuce and dressing.
  • 2 Place half of salmon mixture on center of each tortilla. Top with tomato and cucumber. Tightly roll up tortillas.

Expert Tips

Make Tuna Caesar Wraps by using a pouch of tuna instead of the salmon. You can also omit the tortillas and stuff the filling into pita bread halves.
