container (6 oz) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free harvest peach yogurt

medium fresh peach, peeled, pitted and cut up
Ground nutmeg
  • 1 In blender, place milk, yogurt and peach. Cover; blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

I added crushed ice to make the drink cooler and did not have a peach but used 1 Tablespoon of peach jam...fantastic recipe.
