Expert Tips

Cranberries, a Thanksgiving staple, are harvested in the autumn but can be found year-round in supermarkets. After the holiday season, you can usually find them in the freezer section.

Save time and lower the calories! Skip the frosting, and dust cookies and serving plate with powdered sugar.

These cookies were quite tasty! I love to bake in the weeks before Christmas and as I had leftover fresh cranberries, this recipe looked like a perfect place to start. I will definitely make these cookies again.
