Expert Tips

Mocha fans, beware: A large mocha topped with whipped cream can contain as many as 400 calories and 25 fat grams! Reduce fat and calories without sacrificing taste by switching to plain coffee and adding a packet of sugar-free hot cocoa mix. Or downsize to a regular latte made with fat-free milk.
