4
cups Fiber One® Honey Clusters cereal
1

1/2
cup roasted unsalted sunflower nuts
1/3
cup cashew pieces
3/4
cup packed brown sugar
1/2
cup corn syrup
1/4
cup creamy peanut butter
1
teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 In large bowl, mix cereal, cranberries, sunflower nuts and cashews.
  • 2 In 2-quart saucepan, mix brown sugar, corn syrup and peanut butter. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  • 3 Pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Drop mixture by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto waxed paper. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Expert Tips

Individually wrap these hearty cookies to take along on days when "on the go" is a must.

Substitute walnuts or peanuts for the cashews, if you like. Bits of any dried fruit can be substituted for the dried cranberries.

These were great and so easy to make. My family and co-workers loved them. I ate the cookies for breakfast with a glass of milk! I would definetely make again.

These were very good! My office mates are getting the ingredients to make some for their families. Very healthy alternative to all the junk out there. I made with no nuts and they were delicious. I would make again adding different dried fruits for a change. The cranberries are delicious!
