Expert Tips

Bananas contain vitamin B6, also called pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 is important for digesting proteins—plus it helps to keep hair and nerves healthy.

If you have leftover brewed coffee, freeze it in ice-cube trays, and use the cubes in this recipe or for other frozen coffee drinks.

I made this today for the first time and it was delicious. I made my own chocolate milk using low fat choco syrup and low fat milk. It turned out great! I also used instant espresso as a substitute for regular instant coffee which made the drink a little stronger (which I loved)! I am definitely going to make this again this week!
