I made this along side the Healthified Easy Cheesy Quiche and they went together beautifully. I followed the recipe exact and loved how it wasn't overly sweet and I liked the tartness of the fresh berries. And it looks pretty on a plate. Will bake this again!

At work we are trying to be more health conscious, so there was a "healthy dessert" category at our annual Thanksgiving dessert contest. Guess what I made? I substituted Splenda brown sugar and lowfat buttermilk. I thought it was pretty good, but one of the judges actually made a face when she tried it! Needless to say, I didn't come home with the award this year. Ah well....

I really liked this dish and it was so easy! I added some chopped frozen peaches on top b/c I ran out of berries, and might add a little sugar to the berries next time because they were a bit tart.
