pita breads (6 inch)

cup roasted garlic-flavored or regular hummus

cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)

small onion, sliced

cups thinly sliced fresh spinach

large tomato, seeded and chopped (1 cup)

cup sliced ripe or Kalamata olives
  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F.
  • 2 Place pita breads in ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. Spread hummus on pita breads. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top each pizza with onion, spinach, tomato and olives.

Expert Tips

Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons chopped cooked chicken over hummus on each pita bread. Continue as directed.
