oz sliced smoked turkey

medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2
small red onion, thinly sliced

spinach leaves
  • 1 Spread about 1 tablespoon hummus over each of 2 bagel halves.
  • 2 Layer turkey, cucumber, onion and spinach on bagel halves with hummus. Top with remaining bagel halves.

Expert Tips

Eat foods like cucumbers which contain a high percentage of water. More water means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Good news for your waistline.

I really like this recipe. It was very easy to make. I used an everything bagel and toasted it when it did not say in the recipe but was really good. I did leave out the spinach leaves. I will be making this again!
