Instead of making your own jerk seasoning, use 2 tablespoons of purchased Jamaican Jerk Blend seasoning. You’ll find it in the spice aisle of your supermarket.

We wish there were 1/2 stars. It wasn't quiet the best but it was delish enough to make it again. The Mango Salsa matched very well with the meat, don't leave it out. I'm sure if we had grilled it out doors it would have been 5 stars for me (It was too cold to do it).
