cups frozen cauliflower florets
2
cups Green Giant® SELECT® frozen broccoli florets
1/4
cup fat-free Italian dressing

tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, heat 1 inch of water to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Cover; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain.
  • 2 Add dressing to vegetables; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Expert Tips

Choline, a vitamin-like substance, is necessary to help make a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine, which helps send nerve impulses from cell to cell. Cauliflower is a source of choline.

I prefer the broccoli and my husband prefers the cauliflower so this recipe works for both of us. It is simple yet yummy. We have it a couple of times a month!

I used 4 cups of fresh broccoli since I didn't have frozen broccoli or cauliflower on hand. I also used grated dry parmesan from my pantry. My family loved it even though I over cooked the broccoli. It was so easy! Thank you for the great tip!
