Expert Tips

If plain veggies seem too ho-hum, dress ’em up with a tasty topper. Serve this dip hot or cold with fresh vegetables or fat-free tortilla chips.

I made this dip for the superbowl. Just my husband and I had it and we both loved it. I am doing weight watchers. My husband said that it was probably a lot of points and was surprised when I told him it was healthified. I also added some black olives which were a great addition.

I loved this recipe. The only thing I did a little different was grind the beans in a food processor. I even made it in a crockpot once and it turned out great..it was a big hit at a party.
