lb turnip greens, collard greens or spinach, coarsely chopped

serrano chile, seeded, finely chopped
  • 1 In Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat.
  • 2 Cook remaining ingredients in butter, stirring frequently, until onion and greens are tender; drain.
