bags (12 oz) Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ Niblets® frozen corn
1/2
cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil and herbs (from 8-ounce jar), drained and chopped
1
tablespoon finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can)
1

Expert Tips

For a milder-tasting southwestern-flavored corn side dish, replace the chipotle chiles and sun-dried tomatoes with 1/2 cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky mild salsa. From eatbetteramerica.

Chipotle chiles are actually dried smoked jalapeño chiles.
