At first glance, this did not sound good. But, I tried it and it was REALLY GOOD. But I cheated and put if over homemade noodles. But it is good even without the noodles. The only thing I would leave out next time is the bacon. I should have crisped the bacon first. I dont like bacon just cooked in soup.

Great soup and easy to make. Added some hot sauce to give it a little kick! Didn't have fresh spinach so I just used frozen which worked just fine and for a little extra juice I put a little more chicken stock in it. Great cold day soup!
