This dish is very good and one of our favorites. My husband and I have had it many times. I use a fresh spinach and cheese ravioli that seems to work very well with the rest of the ingredients.

I made this tonight for supper and it was really good. I omitted the chickpeas and instead of serving the ravioli on top of the fresh spinach, I placed about a handful of baby spinach in with the squash and tomatoes while I was cooking them. I also cooked the vegetables a little longer than directions called for because wanted my squash to be a little more tender. I will definitely be making this dish again.
