  • 1 In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients except olive oil spray. Form the mixture into six 3- to 4-inch diameter patties. Lightly coat a 12-inch nonstick skillet with olive oil spray and heat the pan over medium heat. Brown the patties on both sides, about 4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Serve hot.
