I am not one to eat potato salad, but this sounded really good. I am not a mayo person, so I am always a bit shy of various salads like this, but this mustard based salad was great, even if I was missing the flour..which made it a bit less exciting. I recommend this to anyone!

I made this recipe for the first time this last weekend. My whole family loved this version and I will be making it again this weekend.

I made this dish along with the Crispy-Coated Chicken and it was fabulous. My family eats a lot of potatoes and it was very nice to get a change of pace. I really enjoyed the flavor and the ingredients were things that we already had in our cabinets. Very easy.
