medium plum (Roma) tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4
cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
1/2

  • 4 Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted and edges of crust are golden brown. Sprinkle with basil.

Expert Tips

We've replaced ingredients with great-tasting alternatives to create better-for-you recipes that are just as yummy as the originals.

Using an instant-read thermometer makes it easy to be sure that the water is the correct temperature to activate the yeast.

Sliced ripe olives or any other variety can be used instead of the kalamata.

This pizza was fabulous! I cheated and used Whole Foods Whole Wheat Pizza Dough and I added artichoke hearts. I was surprised at how good it was. I will definitely make this again!

This was great. I added spinach leaves and substituted regular black olives and I will certainly make again. The crust was even great!
