Recipe was a great base recipe. The second time I added corn, a can of rotel, extra can of cream of chicken soup and it turned out superb the second time around even for my picky 6 year old!

This is ok. It needs more kick/heat to it. My husband did not like the corn tortilla's it in, he wanted more crunch. Very fast to make.

This meal was delicious! I always make a recipe as is the first time, so i followed the recipe exactly and I thought it was great! When I make it again, I may alter it to tailor it to the tastes of my family (add some corn, black beans, maybe taco seasoning) but this is not only a great base recipe, but a great recipe.
