Orange juice dresses a spinach and fruit tropical salad. From eatbetteramerica.

Start to Finish:15 min
makes:8 servings
7cups bite-size pieces fresh spinach
1/2cup shredded coconut
1can (11 oz) pineapple and mandarin orange segments, drained
1/3cup orange juice
1.In large bowl, toss spinach, coconut and fruit.
2.Drizzle with orange juice. Serve immediately.
