Turned out great
These turned out great, but the meatballs broke up while in the skillet. Next time I will throw in an egg white to help keep it together. Also, it could use just a tad more cayenne.

Serving size?
I am counting calories. It would help a lot, when I am dishing out my own plate, if I knew the serving size for this and other meals.

Spicy Parmesan Meatballs
A few of the reviews said there was something missing in the meatballs. I would put reg. minced garlic in the mixture and not garlic powder,... no onions. Also, more of the parmesan cheese and salt & pepper to taste. I never use Italian Seas. or Oregano in my meatballs. I got the recipe from my grandmother who owned an Italian restaurant and made the best meatballs and sauce ever!

spicey meatballs
I used much more cayenne pepper and wheat germ for cereal. We also used ground turkey. Everyone loved them!

Dee- lish!
This is a great recipe! It was a little too spicy for my taste but I'll just adjust next time. I never thought that me or my husband would EVER eat whole wheat pasta but I didn't notice a difference!

Have a Suggestion
I've read all the reviews that are posted and believe I know what is missing..onions! there is no onion in this recipe...either a sweet yellow or a flavorful red onion (1/4-1/2 cup) should fix up the taste of this recipe.

It was good but my husband and I both thought that the meatballs were missing something. I think I will play with the spices next time.

Very good!
My roomate was very picky about food. She was thrilled to see I was making meatballs(her favorite). She enjoyed her dinner very much. We ranked this as 4 because I felt there was something missing here.

very good and fills you up
I made this for my family of 6 (I had to use a little more meat). My kids even enjoyed this meal, although they don't like tomatoes that well. I will be making this again in the future.

Easy to Make
I was lacking in one of the ingredients, so I improvised and used All Bran Crackers instead. The mealballs came out delicious.
Even my husband who is not a fan on anything different actually at this meal, along with our 2.5 year old twins. Well, they only at the pasta. But hey, its a start!

So Yummy
This was the first time I ever made meatballs and I have to say it was yummy. It was easy to prepare and my husband who does not like hardly anything actually ate it.
Even my 2. year old twins ate the pasta, minus the meat. My twins are not fans of meat right now.
Thanks for the recipe.

Very Good!
My son loved it and he is a picky eater. I found the amounts given for the sauce weren't enough so I made extra sauce (same ingredients)
It was very tasty!
