Not worth trying
We made this and were extremely disappointed. We followed the recipe exactly with one exception. We swapped out canned green chili for the equivalent volume of locally roasted fresh hatch chiles. The whole thing was bland, needed salt, and the stuffing was a mushy, textureless mess. If you ask me, there are much better ways to enjoy a turkey breast than this.
