Lemonade Tea

Lemonade Tea
Recipe Tip
Water Wonders
Eat foods and drink beverages which contain a higher percentage of water. More water means fewer calories for the same weight of food. Good news for your waistline.
Special Touch
Mint and lemon slices are ideal garnishes. But you can really dress up this refreshing iced tea by serving it with a sprig of lemon balm, a fresh herb combining the fragrances of lemon and mint.
